What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Depending on the charter type, there are variations—for instance, sunset tours come with premium drinks and light snacks, while corporate packages provide meeting amenities and tailored business menus.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking 2–3 weeks prior is advisable; however, during the busy season (May–September), it's best to schedule 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow for personalization, particularly for corporate gatherings or special celebrations.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety comes first. Should our captain find the weather conditions unsafe, we're prepared to reschedule for another suitable date or issue a full reimbursement. We actively monitor the weather and will reach out to you if there's uncertainty 24 hours before your set sail time.
Is it permissible to bring personal food and drink items?
Indeed, bringing your food and non-alcoholic beverages is allowed. Nonetheless, we also have excellent catering offerings and can tailor the menu to suit your taste. It's important to note we prohibit glass containers aboard for everyone's safety.

We aim to be inclusive for all passengers. Certain yachts in our fleet are designed with accessibility in mind. Please share your accessibility needs when booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the needed arrangements.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Should you cancel 72 hours ahead of departure, you'll receive a total refund. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded, except in cases of adverse weather or our own mechanical failures.
